Sertan is McKinsey Digital Labs leader in the Istanbul Office of McKinsey & Company. He is working as Associate Partner in digital transformation and new business building (LEAP) projects. He serves to banking, telecom, retail clients for new digital experiences and product design, omnichannel strategy development, e-commerce growth and marketing transformation topics. He is expert in boost of ecommerce, international market expansion, martech transformation, new business building and marketing.
He also leads the delivery assurance arm of McKinsey, Orphoz as the Orphoz Turkey Managing Director.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Sertan was the Managing Director of R/GA’s (NY based leading digital agency) Istanbul and Middle East office serving to ecommerce players, telecom operators and banks to develop consumer centric digital products and experiences. Sertan has deep digital transformation implementation experience in telecom and retail banking since he acted as Director of Digital Channels of Turkcell and led the digital banking arm of GarantiBBVA in the past.
